CHIRP invitations
We designed and printed these invites for The Little Radio Station That Could, here in Chicago. CHIRP (Chicago Independent Radio Project) launched online at www.chirpradio.org in January ’10, and promises to be the hippest indie radio around. We were happy to contribute in printing these invites to one of their benefits for the station, and they feature a great combo of wood type and metal type and ornaments on chipboard. The fold is at the top, and the front folds down just far enough to let the ‘Newest Radio Station’ line show when the invite is both open and closed. The bird is the station’s mascot/logo, and we paired him with a microphone on this linoleum cut.
